Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room was quite big and stylish but ended up being different from what I expected, and there was a strong smoking stench that lingered. The service was friendly and accommodating overall, with some great recommendations, but there were instances like the lift being locked during room service. The location was very convenient, just steps away from the train station and surrounded by everything I needed. The dining options were sufficient but lacked some variety. Overall, a stay with its ups and downs.
Despite the strong smoking stench in the room that the porter dismissed without offering a change, my stay at the hotel was pleasant. The room had plenty of electric sockets, including universal and USB, which was convenient. The location was superb, being near the train station and right in the heart of town. The dining options were sufficient but nothing outstanding.
The hotel's location is perfect, right in the heart of Zermatt, near the train station and with convenient amenities nearby. The rooms, although pretty in pictures, are a bit small for a family of four. The service, unfortunately, lacked hospitality and friendliness. The dining options were limited, and the produce quality was underwhelming.
The hotel had modern and spacious rooms, just off the main road, but it was uncomfortably hot inside despite the heating on low. The lack of tea or coffee making facilities in the room was inconvenient, and the breakfast was disappointing. The price seemed high for the overall experience, and I wouldn't return or recommend it.
